Impak doesn’t just make packaging — they help brands tell a story from the very first unboxing moment. The Dallas-based company brought me on to help highlight that story through the eyes of their clients. I interviewed team members from three client brands — Mi Golondrina, Tecovas, and The Citizenry — and crafted customer stories that showcase how Impak’s thoughtful, detail-driven approach brings each brand’s vision to life.

From premium boot boxes to handwoven garment bags, each piece of packaging is a tangible extension of the brand itself. The final stories live on Impak’s website as case studies, but they read more like conversations and are rooted in craft, collaboration, and brand identity.
